I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Raj Kumar, were extremely helpful and professional. They took great care of the guests. The rooms were impeccable, with a soothing decor and comfortable double beds. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the location in the New Town area made it convenient to easily access Uber cabs and explore the city.
All aspects of my stay were great.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel near the airport. The staff was friendly, always ready to help and provide information on transportation. The rooms were clean and well equipped with basic facilities. We also appreciated the good breakfast served at the hotel restaurant. this hotel is a good value for money and ideal for those with early or late flights.

Conveniently located near the airport, and close to the metro. The rooms were clean and modern, with good quality lighting. Enjoyed a welcoming drink upon arrival.
Rooms were too small and cramped for comfort. for the price paid, the hotel didn't meet expectations.

This hotel in the New Town area of Kolkata offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The staff is professional and friendly, and I would like to mention Sourav Bhattacharjee from the reception for his politeness. The rooms are very well maintained with a soothing decor, including a comfortable double bed. The breakfast served is excellent, with a wide variety of options.
All aspects were satisfactory and there is nothing that needs improvement.

Had an amazing stay with my partner at this hotel! The rooms were clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities. We loved the delicious food offered at the in-house restaurant. Plus, the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. We also enjoyed the convenient location which was close to some key attractions and public transportation.
The hotel is a bit dated and could use some updates. Also, the hotel was a little difficult to locate for Uber and Ola drivers, which caused some inconvenience.
